Hamadeh should practice what he preaches

OPINION — In Rep. Hamadeh’s recent newsletter, I agree with much of what was written. However, the newsletter states, “We defend the freedom to speak, worship, assemble and petition our government.”

As I understand it, Rep. Hamadeh hasn't met with constituents that are members of Northwest Valley Indivisible. They may not agree with his policies, but they are still his constituents.

The newsletter continues, “Too often today, the media and those who hate our country ask us only to dwell on its perceived shortcomings. We are told to apologize for our history rather than celebrate it. We are taught to focus on what divides us instead of what unites us.”
