Tanger Outlets Phoenix will add several offerings throughout 2026, including national fast-casual restaurants, a popular frozen yogurt shop and a full-service nail spa.

Habit Burger & Grill opens this summer in a 2,800-square-foot space in the north parking lot off Glendale Avenue. The restaurant will feature chargrilled burgers, fries and other favorites, along with a drive-thru service.
