PEORIA - Gwendolyn Jean Mielke Mathis passed away Feb. 25, 2014 in Peoria, Ariz. She is survived by her sister, Bonnie Van Sweden and Thomas Van Sweden; her brother, Boyd Mielke and Jean Mielke; her sister, Coralee Flynn and Norbert Flynn; her daughter, Star Edgington and David Edgington; her daughter, Lark Mathis and Senia Bozava; her grandson, Padraic Edgington; and her grandson, Ian Mathis. A memorial for Gwen was given at the Celebration Lutheran Church in Peoria, Ariz. on March 1, 2014. Her burial will take place in Townsend, Wisconsin and will be private.
