Ground broken on new industrial campus in North Scottsdale

Ground has been broken on an upcoming 267,000-square-foot Class-A industrial campus in North Scottsdale.

An empty stretch of land along the Loop 101 will become The Loop Business Park, according to a press release. This new development comes as a result of a partnership between real estate developer Creation, development partner PGIM Real Estate and design-build firm LGE Design Build.

The land will be transformed into four modern industrial buildings ranging from 54,000 to 101,000 square feet. The campus will feature footprints for skilled assembly, the release continued, as well as light manufacturing, industrial showrooms and more.
