Choice Hotels International broke ground this month on a new 122-room hotel in Glendale.
Expected to open in late 2024, the four-story Everhome Suites Glendale is near Luke Air Force Base, Boswell Medical Center, State Farm Stadium, and the Loop 101.
The property is being developed by Denver-based development firm HighSide Companies with six Everhome Suites hotels currently completed or under construction.
Everhome Suites opened its first location in 2022 and currently has more than 60 properties in the pipeline.
