Grand jury indicts man linked to 750 graffiti acts in Phoenix

A 33-year-old man has been indicted on charges he committed more than 750 acts of graffiti in Phoenix, authorities announced Tuesday.

Jordan Dale Quimayousie allegedly tagged locations around Phoenix’s 19th Avenue Corridor over the past several years, according to a release from the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.

Quimayousie is accused of using several aliases as he vandalized property, including bus stops, sidewalks, curbs, crosswalk signs, buildings, fire hydrants and more, the release stated

A 33-year-old man has been indicted on charges he committed more than 750 acts of graffiti in Phoenix, authorities announced Tuesday.

Jordan Dale Quimayousie allegedly tagged locations around Phoenix’s 19th Avenue Corridor over the past several years, according to a release from the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.

Quimayousie is accused of using several aliases as he vandalized property, including bus stops, sidewalks, curbs, crosswalk signs, buildings, fire hydrants and more, the release stated

The graffiti prompted numerous complaints from area residents and caused damage exceeding $57,000, authorities said.

He faces multiple charges, including one count of criminal damage and two counts of aggravated criminal damage. He remains in custody with a $50,000 cash-only bond, according to the release.
