Gilbert Public Schools is holding its annual elementary student art fair through April 5.

The public is invited to attend the event, which runs from  5-8 p.m. at Norwood Furniture, 216 N. Gilbert Road, Gilbert.

The art is chosen from each of the 26 GPS elementary schools and comes in various media. It is handpicked by the district's certified elementary art teachers based on work done in class.

Every student who participates receives a medal and a certificate.
