Goodyear to open first Raising Cane's location
Will give away free food for a year

Raising Cane’s will open its first Goodyear location Thursday.
The famous chicken finger restaurant will be at 120 N. Dysart Road. The location’s hours will be 9 a.m.-noon Sunday through Thursday, 9 a.m.-1 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
Raising Cane’s will kick off opening events with its “Lucky 20” drawing, where 20 customers, ages 13 or older, will win free Raising Cane’s for a year. The Restaurant will accept entries beginning at 7:30 a.m. and announce the winners at 8:30 a.m. Contestants must be present to win.
The first 100 customers who purchase a box combo will also receive a limited-edition Cane’s t-shirt to commemorate the opening and a voucher for a free Box Combo valid for their next visit.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 8:15 a.m. with Goodyear Mayor Joe Pizzillo and the Southwest Valley Chamber of Commerce. The Agua Fria High School cheer team will make an appearance from noon to 1 p.m. to spread Goodyear cheer and comradery.
