Goodyear site sold for industrial development

A 53.1-acre land sale in Goodyear is expected to support future industrial development in the city’s logistics corridor. Buyers ViaWest Group state the sale reflects continued demand for distribution space in the West Valley.

The buyer plans to seek entitlements for industrial use and market the property for build-to-suit projects.

The surrounding area includes facilities operated by companies such as Amazon, UPS, REI and Dick's Sporting Goods.
