Goodyear Noodles & Co. sells for $1.8M

Independent Newsmedia
A building housing a Noodles & Co. in Goodyear has sold for $1.8 million
Commercial real estate brokerage firm, Marcus & Millichap, has arranged the sale of the new construction freestanding building.
The Noodles & Co. property is at 15290 W. McDowell Road and was built in 2022 as an outparcel to The Market at Estrella Falls, a 300,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by retailers such as T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, and Old Navy.
The Patton/Wiles/Fuller Group of Marcus & Millichap's Ohio-based offices had the exclusive listing from the Cleveland-based seller, while the buyer, a private investor, was represented by Marcus & Millichap's Net Lease Advisory Group.
The transaction was assisted by Grant Fitzgerald, regional manager of the Columbus office and Ryan Sarbinoff, Arizona Broker of Record.
"The collaboration of two of the firm's brokerage teams delivered top-of-market pricing for the seller, and an excellent passive investment for the buyer," said Scott Wiles, senior managing director of the Patton/Wiles/Fuller Group.
