Goodyear council to review proposed marijuana regulations

No action scheduled for Jan. 11 work session

The Goodyear City Council is expected to hammer out marijuana regulations, restrictions and penalties with city staff during a work session Monday, Jan. 11.

In November, Arizona voters approved Proposition 207, the Smart and Safe Arizona Act, which legalized the sale, possession and use of recreational marijuana by adults 21 and older.
