Goodwine approved as Peoria city clerk after Dyckman stepped down

After a little over a year serving as Peoria's city clerk, Lori Dyckman stepped down from that position to work in the IT department, where she began her career with Peoria more than 15 years ago.

At a public meeting Sept. 5, city council approved the appointment of Agnes Goodwine as the new city clerk.

In this position, Goodwine will oversee operations of the City Clerk’s Office in its efforts to provide transparency and public access through compliance with open meeting laws, public records laws and elections laws.
