An upcoming golf tournament will raise money for the Glendale Police Department’s K-9 Unit.
The event tees off at 8 a.m. Friday, Nov. 19 at Falcon Dunes Golf Club, 15100 W. Northern Ave., Waddell. All proceeds raised will go to the new K-9 Training facility.
Registration costs $100 per player or $400 per foursome, and includes green fees, golf cart rental, range balls, luncheon, and awards ceremony and prizes.
The day starts when registration opens at the driving range from 7 to 7:45 a.m., followed by an 8 a.m. shotgun start. Closing the day is an awards ceremony luncheon at 1 p.m.
