The menu will feature a host of barbecue dishes to pair with Oro Brewing's beers, officials said.
“Our goal with the menu was to pay homage to the traditions of barbecue while bringing in flavors from South America and other renowned barbecue regions across the world,” said Grant McLennon, director of operations and executive chef at Golden Oak Barbecue & Taproom, in a release.
The restaurant will be open 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m.-1 a.m. Friday through Saturday.
