Murky and varied rules regarding mask and vaccine mandates at public venues and cities alike continue as officials navigate through the ever-changing tests of the pandemic.

In August, a group of 17 Arizona music venues announced they would require fans to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative test to attend a concert.
Music venues such as the Crescent Ballroom and Celebrity Theatre are included in the group.
