Downtown Glendale is set to string up more nighttime lights as part of the city’s beautification efforts of its downtown.
The Glendale City Council on Tuesday approved a construction contract with Fluoresco Services LLC for nearly $500,000 for the installation of café “festoon” lighting on Glendale Avenue between 58th Avenue and 57th Drive.
This is part of the downtown Glendale beautification efforts. The café lights have been added to Glendale Avenue to enhance the nighttime experience in the downtown area.
