Glendale to host Supercross’ next round

World’s elite racers descend on State Farm Stadium next month

Football gives way to Supercross at State Farm Stadium in Glendale next month.

Round 5 in the Monster Energy AMA Supercross series motors into town for an event starting at 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5. The 17-round series wraps in Salt Lake City in May.

With the Arizona Cardinals’ season having drawn to a close this past Sunday, crowds figure to still pack the stadium for Supercross. On Jan. 16, a crowd of 42,918 packed RingCentral Coliseum in Oakland for Round 4.
