Glendale to host Buddy Holly tribute at Westgate

Relive some 1950s vintage rock and roll in Glendale.

Come Back Buddy, a rock and roll band inspired by the legendary Buddy Holly and the Crickets, perform at 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11 at Fountain Park, in the Westgate Entertainment District, at 6751 N. Sunset Blvd.

The group’s repertoire includes the music of many artists from the ’50s era including Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry, Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison, Ricky Nelson and, of course, Buddy Holly.
