Residents can weigh in Tuesday on an impending land annexation on the west end of Glendale that would pave the way for an almost $600 million industrial development.
The city council last month moved the process forward to annex the 276 acres located at the northwest and northeast corner of Sarival and Olive avenues, which would allow for 4.38 million square feet of industrial building area to house a new development called Parkway 303 East. According to an August report from Phoenix-based consulting firm Applied Economics, Parkway 303 East is estimated to cost $599.1 million.
City documents do not identify a developer, but Butler Design Group Architects is the design firm.
