SUPER BOWL

Glendale PD playing active role in Super Bowl security

Planning has been underway for more than a year

A mega-event like Super Bowl 57 means tight security measures, and the Glendale Police Department will be assisting a host of agencies at and around the big game Sunday, Feb. 12, at State Farm Stadium.

The game is only 30 days away, but security personnel have been preparing for more than a year.
