He’s had to squeeze in way more interviews with reporters, Zoom meetings, and doctor’s appointments these days.
Stopping previously undefeated middleweight contender Amilcar Vidal Jr. only one month ago with a barrage of punches at 2:17 of the fourth round has definitely elevated his status. The southpaw middleweight ran his pro record to 14-0 with 12 knockouts. Boxing247.com has taken to calling Garcia the “undefeated 19-year-old sensation.”
