Glendale music student named to Bob Jones University percussion ensemble

Rebecca Ong, a Glendale resident, has been named to the Bob Jones University Percussion Ensemble, one of more than 20 instrumental performance groups at BJU.

Ong is a junior majoring in music education.

Both music majors and non-music majors may audition for the ensemble. Members are typically involved in larger musical groups including BJU Orchestra, Wind Band and Concert Band as well as supplying instrumental requirements for many choral groups.

Bob Jones University is located in Greenville, South Carolina.
