Glendale library board to meet

Glendale Library Advisory Board will hear an update on the Heroes Park Branch Library, 6 p.m., Wednesday, March 8, Velma Teague Library, 7010 N. 58th Ave.

Progress and next step for the proposed library are on the agenda.

Board members also will take a 45-minute tour of the Velma Teague Branch Library to review completed federal grant-funded renovations, expanded program room, recent collection moves and more.

An update on current library activities such as all-in-one bill pay machines also will be presented.
