The Midwestern University Dental Institute in Glendale will open its doors to provide free dental care and consultations to Valley military veterans.
The Day of Dental Services for Valley Veterans will go from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, March 29 on the West Valley campus, 5855 W. Utopia Road.
Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine-Arizona faculty and students will provide free screenings and treatments including dental examinations, routine cleanings, sealants, fillings, extractions, consultations about dental implants or dentures, and recommendations for follow-up care to approximately 250 veterans.
Proof of military service (DD214, Arizona military veteran driver license, and/or discharge documentation) is required for treatment. Registration is required, and appointments may be arranged by visiting www.midwestern.edu/veteransdentalday or by calling 623-806-7150.
