The second Glendale City Council budget workshop for fiscal year 2025 Tuesday morning dealt primarily with capital improvements and confusion.
Enterprise funds account for the largest chunk of funding this $1.94 billion of this CIP projection $695.3 million, while bond funds cover $406 million and special revenue funds $380 million. Pay as you go funding would be responsible for $305.7 million.
Each section of the CIP includes a change document listing any financial changes in projects from the adopted 2024 CIP to the draft 2025 CIP draft. Council member Lauren Tolmachoff asked, who the plan only lists financial changes instead of also listing changes in project timelines.
