Glendale blues, jazz nightclub sets opening night

After COVID-related delays, Westside Blues & Jazz ready to roll

After a long and patient wait, Glendale’s newest blues and jazz nightclub is finally opening.

Scheduled to open in 2020 but delayed -- and delayed and delayed -- due to coronavirus precautions, Westside Blues & Jazz, located at 17045 N. 59th Ave., Suite 104, will benefit from the state recently lifting restrictions on bars and restaurants by at last celebrating its grand opening on Friday, April 9.

“Better late than never, as they say,” Westside posted on its website. “We will be open Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights and Sunday afternoon. We will add additional days as we gear up.”
