Glendale approves $6.1 million addition to City Hall revamp budget

The Glendale City Council approved June 25 adding $6.1 million to  the estimated cost of large scale renovations to City Hall and the surrounding area.

The move was part of the council's consent agenda, where multiple items are approved with a single vote.

During the council workshop prior to the public meeting, council and city staff described the causes for the  increases to its Downtown Campus Reinvestment Project budget, which now jumps from $89.9 million to $96 million total.
