East Valley city unveils new public dashboards to promote transparency

Gilbert has launched a series of redesigned and newly developed public dashboards as part of its expanding performance management program, aiming to enhance transparency and provide insights into how the town serves the community.

The new dashboards — 16 in all — became publicly available on June 11 through Gilbert’s updated performance management portal. They are designed to be visually consistent, accessible and user-friendly, offering performance data organized by department to help residents better understand key town services.

“These dashboards will provide clear insights into our operations and priorities,” said Aimee Ashworth, the town’s core performance manager. “Now performance dashboards are organized by department enabling people to quickly gather the data that they need.”
