The Gilbert Police Department has arrested a third suspect in an ongoing sexual assault investigation that began in December.
Jose Guzman, 43, was arrested Feb. 18 based on probable cause and booked into the custody of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office on four counts of sexual assault, according to police.
The arrest comes after investigators previously asked the public for help identifying a third individual captured on video as part of what officials described as a sensitive and ongoing sexual abuse investigation.
