Gilbert police arrest driver in July crash that killed woman

Gilbert police have arrested a 25-year-old man on a manslaughter charge in connection with a July 17 collision that killed a woman at Cooper Road and Merrill Avenue.

Andy Felix was arrested Oct. 23 following an investigation into the crash that killed Pauline Gray, 59, according to the Gilbert Police Department.

Police said Gray was traveling west on Merrill Avenue and preparing to turn left onto southbound Cooper Road when Felix allegedly ran a red light while traveling north on Cooper Road.
