Gilbert has extended Park University’s lease for use of the town’s University Building for an additional three years at a rate of more than $2 million.
The amendment to the original lease also increases the amount of space Park is renting in the building at 92 W. Vaughn Ave., Gilbert, in the Heritage District. The university shares the building with a University of Arizona nursing program.
Gilbert Town Council unanimously approved the amendment as part of the consent agenda at council’s June 20 meeting.
