Gilbert Fire and Rescue has lifted the evacuation order for the Del Prado Plaza property at 1111 N. Gilbert Road after emergency stabilization work was completed and a structural engineer verified the building is stable.
The town ordered a full evacuation earlier this month after inspectors identified separation in load-bearing walls and significant foundation issues that raised concerns about the building's structural integrity and occupant safety.
The property was fenced off and access was restricted while the issues were evaluated.
