An entity linked to Traci Olson purchased two industrial properties in Maricopa County as part of a $3.5 million portfolio transaction earlier this month, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.
The sale included property at 735 and 739 W. Commerce Ave. in Gilbert, which sold Dec. 10 for $1.25 million. The seller was an entity associated with James F. Bell. No debt was recorded with the transaction.
The Gilbert property includes a 2,400-square-foot industrial building constructed in 1985 on 1.57 acres zoned light industrial, according to assessor records. Aerial imagery shows a secure yard on the site.
