Gilbert businesses reopen after building's structural scare

As lunchtime approached Wednesday, Tom Rochanakit worked the dining room of Cafe de Bangkok, greeting his customers as they steadily came through the doors.

Some stopped by to offer encouragement. Others came specifically because they had heard the restaurant was finally open again.

After more than two weeks of uncertainty, Rochanakit was back doing what he does best — serving food and welcoming regulars at his highly rated Thai food restaurant.
