I am a firm believer in the age 55 rules, and there should be no exceptions.

The short-term rentals should constantly be monitored.

Like most of us in Sun City West, l have children and grandchildren, but believe this is my time to “play” with people of common interests and ages.

You might take a look at the rubber curb mats on Skylark as I thought they were illegal. You will see them if you drive the street.
