Getting ready for phase 2 of Paloma Park

City Council approves $1.8M for design, pre-construction

The city is working on the early stages for the second phase of Paloma Park in northern Peoria.

City Council approved a design-build agreement with Valley Rain Construction for $1.8 million for design and pre-construction services for the park. The approval also includes additional city-paid expenditures up to $330,000.

Phase 2 is planned for 35 acres and when complete the park as a whole will be 120 acres.
