Gertrude Rose Keipper

Gertrude Rose Keipper Gertrude Rose Keipper of Sun City, died Dec. 20, 2006. She was born Feb. 14, 1914 in Lannon, Wis. After graduating from college in 1935, she taught English and social studies in Wisconsin for seven years. She married Paul Keipper on June 5, 1945 and the two moved to Curtis Bay, Md., where Paul was serving in the Coast Guard. Upon returning to Wisconsin, the two raised their family in Sheboygan, Wis., before moving to Sun City in 1978. Mrs. Keipper is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sisters and two brothers. Survivors include her daughter, Janis, and son-in-law, Steven Kluge of Sparks, Nev.; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and nine nieces and nephews.
