Born June 5, 1946. In Santa Fe New Mexico. Past away Thursday may 15th of a massive stroke in Scottsdale Arizona As a little girl she raced quarter midgets with the Unser RACING TEAM . Georgia was first married at the age of 14, and they had three children Lori, Michael and Tracey.Georgia over came a ventricular hemorrhage in 1986 and was expected to never walk or talk again. Her strong will and fortitude over came the odds and she walked and talked again. Georgia over came and beat Breast cancer. Georgia was a compassionate person and easily a friend to every stranger she met, and a best friend to all her friends.Georgia was a Loss Prevention officer for many years at Mervyns where she excelled. She was a loving and generous person and would give you the shirt off her back. Georgia had a love of animals, and was known as “The Bird Woman’ In an Albuquerque news paper interview, as she had a passion for large birds. She made many friends throughout her life and was known for her quick wit and humor. In 1997Georgia met the love of her life John Killgore and they became married on May 4th, 2002. She is preceded in the death of her Son Michael Berry in 2008. She is survived by her loving Husband John Killgore, two daughters Lori Hinson and Tracey Walter. We are finding comfort in quiet reflection and the beautiful memories shared.
