SUN CITY WEST - George Lewis was born to Frank and Eleanor Lewis in 1925 in Kansas City Mo. George was born again into God's family in Ok. in 1947. He married Frances Honeyfield in 1945. George served in the US Army Infantry in WWII. In 1948 they moved to Salina, Kan. where they owned and operated George Lewis Carpet Installation until 1976. They had two children, daughter, Sharon Moyer of Payson, Ariz.; and son, Dean Lewis of Salina, Kan. George had five grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. He was a founding and active member of Grace Community Church, Surprise, Ariz. Memorials may be given to the Elijah's Cave Ministries, 5212 W. Buffalo St., Chandler, AZ 85226. In lieu of no public service, relatives and friends are encouraged to live the remainder of their lives on this earth for the Jesus that our George both loved and served.
