Short agenda at next Surprise City Council meeting

Council to meet for first time in 2022 on Jan. 4

The Surprise City Council will be discussing three condemnation lawsuits at its next regular meeting Tuesday, Jan. 4.

It's one of two items on the regular agenda of the 6 p.m. meeting at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza. There is no work session prior to the regular meeting.

The lawsuits concern the area around 163rd Avenue and Happy Valley Road.
