Council to meet Dec. 7

The next Surprise City Council regular meeting will include possible action on a major amendment to the 2035 General Plan.

The possible change would be a land use designation from commerce and office to neighborhood character for approximately 190.54 acres of property located south of Pinnacle Peak Road, east of 163rd Avenue, and north of Grand Avenue

There will be no work session before the general meeting, which is scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 7 at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.
