Failing drip systems and irrigation pipe leaks are wasting water throughout Sun City West.
This not only includes homes, but businesses in the area, and the Property Owners and Residents Association Water Committee is working to educate the community on the role fugitive water is playing in the water crisis happening locally and throughout the Southwest.
PORA committee Chairman David Hunter has assigned fellow committee member Marge Haberman to determine solutions for minimizing the amount of fugitive water escaping within the community.
