A business in Copper Basin in San Tan Valley — Frontier Tattoo Co., 2510 E. Hunt Highway Suite 12 — will be celebrating its seventh anniversary on Feb. 1, 2021.
“With four award-winning tattoo artists and two piercers, we’re able to meet all of your tattoo and piercing needs at a fair price,” according to a release.
“We feature a newly remodeled, clean, sterile, comfortable, high-end environment that comes with a heavy dose of laughter. Our tattoo artists are given artistic license to do what they do best — tattoos with a ‘wow’ factor the wearer will be happy to show off. Our piercers are caring and professional and will put you at ease whether you’re looking to decorate yourself with an earlobe piercing, industrial piercing or a micro dermal,” it states.
The business also offers daith piercing, which is also known as the migraine piercing.
“While we can’t guarantee it’ll work for you, we do have about a 98% success rate with the daith piercing helping to relieve or even eliminate migraines. We also offer earlobe piercings for ages 5 and up,” according to the release.
Artists and piercers at Frontier Tattoo Co. include the following, according to the release:
Frontier Tattoo Co. and its customers believe in giving back. In December 2020, the business helped out the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office’s Shop with a Sheriff program.
“We very much enjoyed donating food, toys, $200 in client-donated cash and a $500 check. We also hold a year-round blanket/food/toy drive for the Pinal County Animal Control Shelter, and each spring we hold a water drive for St. Vincent de Paul. Our clients are amazing about donating to our causes,” according to the release.
“Due to COVID this year, we haven’t been able to do a lot of the fundraiser functions here at the shop we’re used to doing so we started thinking outside the box. Instead of throwing a fundraiser, we did an online essay contest with $25-$175 Walmart gift card prizes for elementary, middle and high school kids. We ended up with some great essays and some really tough decisions,” the release states.
“We’ve also held fundraisers for Central Arizona Animal Rescue, Military Assistance Mission, Arizona Hemophiliac Association, St. Joe’s NICU, Children’s Hospital, 2nd Chance Dog Rescue and more. When we hold fundraisers, we offer a free flash tattoo or basic piercing with a minimum $20 donation to the cause we’re fundraising for. Unfortunately, because our fundraisers draw huge crowds, we’ve had to put them off until further notice. We’ll be sure to announce our future fundraisers on social media so keep an eye out,” it states.
Like most ethical tattoo shops, unless you are heavily tattooed already, Frontier Tattoo Co. does not do neck, face, hand or finger tattoos. It also does not tattoo anyone under 18 even with parental consent.
