Phoenix police are investigating a hit and run that killed a woman early Friday morning.

Detectives are looking for a vehicle that struck and killed a woman early Friday morning near 91st Avenue and Indian School Road, Phoenix police said.
The collision occurred about 1:15 a.m. Sept. 22. Police found a woman with serious injuries. She was taken to a hospital and later died.
Police said preliminary information indicates the woman was crossing Indian School Road, midblock, when she was struck by the vehicle, which was traveling eastbound.
Anyone with information is asked to call Silent Witness at 480(WITNESS) or 480(TESTIGO) and provide an anonymous tip. Rewards will be paid for information leading to an arrest in this case, police said.
