A brand-new Starbucks coffee shop has been delivered to Avondale.
The Morgan Companies, a developer of commercial retail properties, announced the new site, as well as a similar Starbucks delivery in Hickory, North Carolina, within the past 30 days.
The Avondale shop is located at 11490 W. Hilton Drive, is open to the public.
"We are thrilled to have delivered these stores for Starbucks,” Trey Morgan, TMC president, shared in a press release. "Our team worked tirelessly in the production of these quality developments, and we are confident that they will become local gathering places for residents and visitors alike."
