Free women’s health expo coming to Glendale

One-day event Oct. 15 at Glendale Civic Center

The 22nd annual fall Women’s Day Out Expo is in Glendale this week.

The free event — which brings together women, families, community-based health organizations, medical professionals, fitness, beauty and wellness experts for a day of education and networking — goes from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15 at Glendale Civic Center, 5750 W. Glenn Drive.

Participants can meet the people and companies dedicated to staying healthy and keeping fit at home and at work. Learn from wellbeing experts in the Seminar Theatre, browse the show floor and join in the activities.
