Free 'Easter Eggstravaganza' April 8 in downtown Mesa
Posted
The Easter Eggstravaganza is coming to downtown Mesa in April.
“The Easter Bunny is egg-cited to hop all the way to downtown Mesa 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, April 8, for a full day of egg-citing family fun and celebration,” according to a release. “Start your day with a parade through the Downtown Mesa Farmers Market, filling your basket with farm-fresh Easter-goodies and egg-ceptional gifts 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m.”
Not only are there Easter eggs to find along Main Street, participating businesses will be handing out more eggs within their businesses.
Participating businesses (look for the bunny ears in their windows) include:
The Boutique, 104 W. Main St.;
Dickson’s Jewelers, 54 W. Main St.;
Just Because Gift Shop, 54 W. Main St. No. 2;
Milano Music Center, 38 W. Main St.; and
Pomeroy’s Mens Store, 136 W. Main St.
“While hunting eggs, hoppity-hippity to Main and Macdonald to join the rabbit of the hour, the Easter Bunny himself, for free eggs-clusive photos. Be sure to fuel up on the egg-cellent snacks including cotton candy, popcorn and juice. Kids of all ages can create egg-dorable Easter crafts at the Arts & Crafts station. There’s so much to do throughout this eggstra-special day,” it states.
