A free, interactive music series giving residents the opportunity to hear and play diverse instruments is coming to Glendale.
The African Music & Arts Village will take place July 13-16 and July 18-19 at different city library branches.
Residents of all ages with any level of musical abilities or no experience at all may participate in these concerts. Two professional musicians will play instruments popular in Africa, as well as dance, talk about African cultures and at some of the shows guide audience members in playing music together.
