Frank passed away September 18, 2021 in Sun City, AZ, at the age of 75. He was born in Castropignano. Campobasso, Italy. Frank came to the United States and was adopted on January 26, 1955, by Phillip and Loretta Romani. He resided in Spring Grove, IL. Frank grew up with 3 sisters and a brother. Frank later had 5 children and 4 grandchildren. His wife’s name is Kathleen C. Romani, who still resides in Sun City, AZ. Frank was a well known ballroom dance instructor in the greater Phoenix and Sun City area for 20 years. He instructed group classes, held dances, and performance shows. We will be holding a Celebration of Life for Frank on Saturday, October 9, 2021. It will be held at the Bell Recreation Center in Sun City. Please bring snacks and or food, it will be a potluck.
