SUN CITY WEST - Francis (Frank) W. Lightle lost his battle with brain cancer on Jun. 7, 2015 at his winter home in Sun City West. Frank is survived by his wife, Jean; son, Michael; daughters, Cassandra, Lavonne and Sonya; nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents Grace Loughman Lightle and Willard S. Lightle; infant brother, Richard; and Shirley Maddux Lightle, whom he married after graduating from Newark High School in 1953. Frank was a Korean War Veteran serving in the Army from 1953-1955. Frank and Jean's summer home is in Pewaukee, WI where he had retired from Briggs & Stratton after 19 years of service in the marketing/sales department. He was a member of the Newark Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Columbus, Ohio. Frank was a car enthusiast and proud of his part in securing the new pickleball courts' sponsor in Sun City West. Services and burial will be in Newark, Ohio.
